Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Please contact NTS direct (07 5472 9900 or sales@nutri-tech.com.au) for orders over 200 kg. To calculate delivery charges, place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart. On the Your Cart page, enter your state/territory and postcode and click ‘Calculate Shipping’. The shipping rate will be calculated below.

Delivery zones

The NTS online shop can deliver to the majority of metro and regional locations within Australia (international orders not available online – please email export@nutri-tech.com.au.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain regional locations. Excluded areas include the postcodes 0850, 0851, 0853, 0860, 0861, 0862, 4828, 4830, 4874, 4890, 4891, 6440, 6441, 6537, 6642, 6646, 6701, 6705, 6707, 6710, 6711, 6712, 6713, 6714, 6715, 6716, 6718, 6720, 6721, 6722, 6723, 6725, 6726, 6728, 6731, 6733, 6740, 6751, 6752, 6753, 6754, 6755, 6758, 6760, 6761, 6762 and 6765.

Please note that we are also unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery details

NTS use a courier service to ship your order which will be delivered Monday to Friday, generally between 8 am to 6 pm. Depending on your location orders typically take between 3-10 days to arrive. An NTS customer service representative will contact you if delivery times are to be affected by stock availability. You do not need to be home for delivery if a safe place to leave your parcel is available.
